I read your article and I like and agree with your conclusions. I think there is far more to gain by digging further into the subjects you touched upon. If you are so inclined.

But realize, your ideas will fall on many a deaf ear.

Someday, I’ll write my How To Teach article. If not to piss off all the bad teachers out there, then to, hopefully, educate the young, open-minded few.

In it, I’ll chronicle the rules of teaching that I’ve been able to surmise through my personal struggles with learning first and teaching second.

This article was the first step in my realization that my expertise was my detriment.

There are very few rules and anyone can follow them. I just have to be in the mood for all the Internet hate before I write it :-)
